We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packaging Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately identifying, counting, packaging, and labeling parts while maintaining organized inventory and a clean warehouse environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in accuracy, follows instructions carefully, and works well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, count, package, and label parts accurately

• Package parts according to specified quantities and packaging requirements

• Follow visual instructions and packaging guidelines to ensure accuracy

• Transfer and organize inventory within warehouse locations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Monitor packaging supply levels and notify procurement when replenishment is needed

• Retrieve and enter data using basic computer systems

• Cross-train in other warehouse functions as needed

• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1+ year of warehouse or packaging experience preferred

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy

• Familiarity with packaging tools and warehouse processes is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally

• Ability to reach overhead up to six feet

• Frequent use of hands to handle parts, tools, and packaging materials

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and move throughout the warehouse

• Moderate warehouse noise environment; hearing protection may be required in certain areas
